What will you be doing as SBM Trader – Bucharest Office

The core focus of the role is maintaining contact with SBM customers, attracting new partners and supporting very good relationships with our existing ones.

This should be completed through the following activities:

• Maintain continuous collaboration with SBM customers to ensure continuity of Market Leader position and aimed at strengthening the company’s market position and profitability;
• Achieving the targeted volumes of SBM business as per the business plan and strategy;
• Daily price calculation in according with the pricing policy;
• Understanding the market trends;
• Follow-up on contract execution and intervene if any issues or problems occur concerning contract terms, products quality, payments etc.;
• Crash margin support and actively involved in the relationship with Crush team;
• Collaborates with the execution and logistics manager to optimise the structure of execution in distribution, to provide efficient services to customers but also to have the adequate control of the business;
• Stays informed on a regular basis about production plan, daily activity, quality.The position is located in Bucharest and reports to our Distribution Manager, also located in our Bucharest office.

What do we expect from our future colleague?

• Shown experience of 3-4 years in Agri-business or commercial
• Proven knowledge of commercial, economic, and legal terms and concepts
• Advanced level of English language
• Good data analitics and reporting skills
• Strong written and speaking skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously
• Solid planning and organizing skills
• Driving license
