Inviting applications for the role of Trust & Safety – Assistant Vice President – English

Assistant Vice President Trust & Safety Bucharest will own end-to-end client service delivery and P&L for one or multiple clients within Europe region, by working closely with client CXOs and process owner, Genpact operating teams, and global relationship managers for key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of business process management services to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client upsell.
  • Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to create and commercialize existing and new product offerings.
  • Take the lead in working with digital teams on introducing breakthrough technology solutions into operations.
  • Run allocated operations to achieve/exceed P&L expectations.
  • Use lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Manages the transformation agenda, growth, or decoupling/pullback topics, ensuring proper change management across all levels in the organization and across stakeholders.
  • Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and remove performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps.
  • Collaborate in new deals process including finding solutions, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization.
  • Developing strategies for winning and transitioning new deals while running and growing the existing relationships
  • Collaborates outside the company with client representatives, as well as within the business community, to the best interest of all stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with internal departments (HR, training etc.) to implement and advertise the company policies in the HR area.
  • Bring in external perspectives and evolving practices in operational processes.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Progressive management and leadership of project and implementation teams;
  • Previous experience in a Trust and Safety/BPO/Call Center/Shared Services environment
  • People Management – Coaching and Mentoring skills;
  • Proven experience in leading large teams (100+ people)
  • Project Management skills (time and budget control)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • University graduate
  • MBA would be an advantage
  • high work ethics, passionate people leader
  • Continuous learning attitude, willing to stay modern
  • Resilience and continuous adaptation to change, leads and handles change and transformation
  • Data driven, with well-articulated thoughts and good influencing skills.
  • Able to work successfully in a multicultural team and in matrix organizational setting.
