Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening position of the Sales (Total Trade Spends) Controller position in Kyiv.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participating in the customer and channel strategy development process to ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the strategy;
• Coordinating, consolidating and validating forecast for the future period (Month, YTG) for Modern Trade and E-commerce in accordance with guidance, schedule and contractual conditions to ensure alignment with monthly business planning, dynamic forecast and operational plan;
• Following up TTS budget vs Planned and vs FY Budget Horizon in close relationship with Sales department and Business;
• Providing analysis of actual spends and deviation vs plan on Channel/Customer/Budget level;
• Analyzing Pre-post evaluation of promo activities;
• Coordinating PEC (Preparing accruals for Modern Trade Channel and E-commerce, checking result);
• Analyzing Customer Contribution Statement (Channel/Customer Performance);
• Daily checks of POs with WBS postings (TTS), actual cost control, variance analysis;
• Participating in constant improvement of Controlling processes, tolls (accuracy, speed, analysis);
• Providing support for Businesses in planning tool (CPD): updating with actual and maintenance during the month (add new products, check sales and prices, control all finance part);
• Co-ordinating, controlling and following-up price changes;
• Providing efficient support to National Sales Managers in order to achieve OPL/ Revision/Dynamic forecast/MBS.

Key Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance;
• 2+ years of experience in Finance & Control;
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards, Ukrainian tax code and accounting rules;
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Proactive, challenging and positive approach in terms of problem resolution;
• Advanced PC user (SAP, Excel, etc.);
• Upper-intermediate English.
