Responsibilities

You have to:

• The Ukrainian Video-Voice- Interpreter is responsible for handling calls on demand and renders the meaning of conversations between Ukrainian and English speakers. The interpreter breaks the communication barrier in the Healthcare industry, being able to assist callers with knowledge of medical vocabulary and legal terms during doctor visits/ appointments.
• The interpreter processes information quickly, concisely and recognizes sensitive cultural differences. The interpreter is always professional and courteous and uses appropriate medical and legal terminology and understands common industry procedures and practices. The video and audio interpreting sessions may involve simple or complex, technical, or non-technical subjects.
• This position does not involve written translation however translators, interpreters and other skilled linguists are encouraged to apply. The interpreters translate verbally.
• This is a remote position. The Interpreter works from his/her home-office. It is essential to ensure a quiet & secure environment**
• Provide an optimum level of service with the aim of achievieng the best resolution for the customer.
• Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests.
