What to do:
HR processes support – employment relationships registration, adaptation, education and development, labor market monitoring, communication with employees, employment termination and dismissal interview, hiring on the referral program, etc.;
Work with employees involvement, monitoring of motivation, support of HR brand and company’s corporate culture;
Regular communication with all office employees and management team in order to monitor the state of relations in the staff and support a healthy atmosphere;
Consultancy of managers, heads of branches and offices on personnel issues;
Organization and conduction of corporate educational and team-building events.
Requirements
- Work experience as a psychologist, HR manager, client manager and / or in a similar position;
- Higher education (basic or additional training in personnel management – will be a plus);
- Ability to create and strengthen a positive work culture;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Active attitude to life and a wonderful sense of humor.
