Your Opportunity
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for maintaining exceptional quality repairs standards to maximize customer satisfaction as part of Kering Americas’ After Sales and Repair Center located in Wayne, New Jersey.
The Quality Supervisor is the main technical point of contact of Kering Americas’ warehouse and third-party logistics company for all quality controls in place for identifying non-sellable items on returning processes and item customization activities. The role produces simple procedures and guidelines for the achievement of quality expectations.
How you will contribute
Support all processes related to After Sales Service, Repair Center management and warehouse return checking to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
Communicate with internal brand clients on repaired, finished products and spare parts used
Identify and implement process and quality improvements for Repair Center
Provide continuous training to all Repair Center staff on new repair guidelines identified by global headquarters
Maintain After Sales and Repair Center materials inventory and stock management, including machinery service and maintenance
Monitor return processing with third-party logistics company to align on quality brand guidelines
Support item customization processes identified by internal brands
Who you are
3+ years’ work experience in After Sales Services and/or Repair Center
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience preferably in fashion
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Problem solving skills
Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Russian or Mandarin / Cantonese / Simplified Chinese)
