Learning&Training Manager

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).

Role Description:

We’re looking for creative and innovative Learning&Training Manager, who will bring useful knowledge to our team and will help to organise the education process of specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct internal trainings for Viseven specialists
• Working with multiple departments and product teams. Liaise with managers about team or individual specialists needs.
• Learning materials creation and update (Training scripts, presentations, User Guides, video and quizzes)
• Communicating with Viseven specialists via internal communication channel to support them in their queries
• Keeping abreast of new company products and services
• Helping liaison managers to onboard new colleagues to the team, trainings, education
• Anticipate challenges and questions Viseven specialists might have
• Know our internal customers & learn what their expectations are

Requirements:

• Significant experience in training, mentoring, coaching
• 1 or 2 specific knowledge that you can suggest to our company
• 2 years of training experience will be a plus
• Agile or facilitation certificate will be a plus
• Proactive life position and desire to constantly learn and develop.
• Team player who can create and maintain collaborative and inspiring work environment.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English both speaking and writing.
