Maxar is looking to add an OSINT Collector to our team. This multi-disciplinary team will satisfy open-source information requirements by collecting, extracting, transforming, loading, and normalizing data for analytics, discovery, and reporting.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues:
You will use your expertise to quickly and efficiently discover, synthesize and report on open-source information in response to Requests For Information.
Create and implement OSINT collection plans and identify the source of OSINT data sources of potential intelligence value.
Perform specific collection projects with little guidance.
Support the collection, exploitation, and dissemination of open-source information.
Create and disseminate Open Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs).
Implement the use of obfuscation techniques.
Execute OSINT collection using managed attribution capabilities, OSINT. tradecraft and OSINT collection-related tools.
Extract, transform, load, and normalize data by leveraging provided software tools.
Collect and exploit foreign dialect OSINT.
Minimum Requirements:
Must have current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of OSINT tradecraft (including obfuscation techniques and managed attribution systems) and tools (e.g., BHTK, Authenic8 Silo, or other managed attribution tools) DLPT 2, 2, 2 certification or native speaker in at least one of the following: Russian, Chinese, Farsi, Arabic or Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience creating and implementing open-source collection plans.
Experience producing serialized reporting.
