The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).
Main goal for this role: maintain the relationship and workflow with all partner agencies at a global level and develop them the same way like customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall partner relationship, including: strategic planning, revenue growth targets and all operations necessary to profitably retain, grow and service the partners
- Identify new business and revenue opportunities with current partners
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute against a go-to market strategies and business activities
- Communication and knowledge transfer
- Provide product and technical support to partners
- Help to deliver partner communications, develop joint collateral and strategically manage joint events
- Be the single point of contact for the partner and bring in resources from marketing, product, and support as necessary
- Demonstrate Viseven and its capabilities in detail to current and prospective partners
- Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction
- Maintain partner performance statistics and management reporting
- Participate in business review and revenue forecasting activities
Required skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering as an Account Manager in an agency environment is essential (2+ years) with proven understanding of big agencies market and expertise
- Experience working with life science/pharmaceutical or beauty brands is ideal, FMCG brands advantageous
- Management of integrated campaigns; creative, branding, content, digital, PR and social media.
- Hands-on delivery experience and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- English – fluent (speaking and writing)
- A second foreign language would be appreciated
