Automotive Presales within Automotive line of business is the dedicated center for presales support and bid management, which provides services to internal presales contributors.
The principle objective of Presales Manager is to support a business generating activities by taking on role of coordinator and driver in internal presales processes and bid activities. Internal clients for Presales Manager are Management, Sales, Engineering and Solutions Organizations.
Understanding of presales and bidding processes in area of outsourcing is highly desirable for this role.
The multiple tasks workload is planned to be common, so successful candidate ought to work under pressing time schedule, be keen in prioritizing and skillful in smart solutions.
Our team: Automotive Presales is 7 people.

Responsibilities
• Presales Management:
– Support Sales and Account Management with opportunities pipeline check, clean-up and update
– Reports for Management, make data-driven impartial recommendations to sales leaders
– Advise on best bidding practices and approaches
– Control correctness and completeness of Opportunities in Salesforce
• Bid Management:
– Form the cross-department Bid team
– Facilitating interdepartmental communication for projects
– Drive the process of developing proposal: coordination meetings organization, coordination of proposal preparation, initiate proposal validation and approval, integrate proposal parts from the different sources into a single proposal document; complete standard proposal parts
• Knowledge Management
– Maintain proposals log and database;
– Collect, systemize, maintain and reuse:
typical technical proposals
case studies and value propositions
standard offering propositions
Skills
Must have
• Experience in business development area/tender management
• Knowledge (understanding) of presales and bidding processes
• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
• Advance written and spoken English
• Experience of using Salesforce (or other CRM systems), Confluence
• Analytical and systemizing mindset
• Self-organized, pro-active, positive
• Easy and proactive communication style
• Result-driven personal confidence
Nice to have
• Experience in IT Outsourcing industry and SDLC
• Experience of working with Tableau/Power BI
