Product Owner, Remote Germany

Project Description

Daimler Next-Generation Infotainment System project for German premium carmaker at Luxoft Automotive Division. There is a wide range of applications provides by domains for the Head Unit, such as Tuner, Player, etc. The project life-cycle is covering all the stages from design to development and delivery to the client. The project team works in tight collaboration with one of the premium OEMs in the world and is located in Germany and Ukraine. You will have the opportunity to be part of the team that is developing functionality for the most technologically advanced cars in the world.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal/external groups during analysis and development phase.
• Assist in determining project scope and technical designs.
• Collaborate with management on road map and strategy.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to provide delivery according to schedule.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and resolve risks
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders including client teams, architects, developers, testers, and quality assurance to clarify business and technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication.

Skills

Must have

• 2+ years’ technical background in automotive
• Upper Intermediate level of English
• 2+ years’ experience as Product Owner, Team leader or Scrum Master
• 2+ years’ experience managing cross functional efforts and teams
• 2+ years’ experience in managing people; must understand and inspire people, especially in sensitive situations
• Demonstrated problem solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent developing and delivering presentations skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge and insight into ASPICE
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience working with Atlassian stack
• Experience working with MS Project
• Experience with MS PowerPoint
