Position Description
Lindsay Corporation is hiring an Irrigation Product Support and Training Operations Specialist. This position will primarily be responsible for providing world class service and support in a variety of areas including global subscription processing, scheduling and billing of dealer training, administration of departments learning management system, customer experience surveys, writing and implementing support processes, dealer communications, department reporting, issue tracking and escalation and supporting the team with various administrative requests. This position will report directly to the Director of Irrigation Product Support and Training
Position Details

Duties & Responsibilities
Represent the company’s best interest, always maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
Provide Tier 1 level system troubleshooting by answering phones and emails, creating cases and routing Tier 2 or higher cases to appropriate team members for resolution
Handle all aspects of the departments subscription billing processes to include answering billing inquires, processing subscriptions, researching potential billing issues and working closely with Support Services to ensure processes are completed timely and as expected.
Provide support in the development of programs to train the dealer network to include administration of departments learning management system, maintaining schedule of training offering, creation of user certificates and training reporting.
Collect and analyze data from our department support systems, taking action regarding responses, and reporting results to Manager.
Use various software applications, including Microsoft Office applications, Smart Sheets, Google Sheets, various internal databases and presentation software to support department reporting and communication needs.
Attend training classes and seminars as requested.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with similar work experience preferred. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.

Proficient in the use of various software applications, including Microsoft Office applications with ability to become proficient in the use of Smart Sheets, Google Sheets, various internal databases, web-based applications and presentation software to support department reporting and communication needs.

Must take ownership of work and own the responsibilities of making sure things are done accurately and customer expectations are met.
Self-motivated with ability to multi-task and work collaboratively while maintaining a positive and processional working relationship with others from all areas of Lindsay.
