Position of Material Planning Analyst will be based in Mukachevo, Ukraine.

We are looking for a specialist who will join our Materials team and take responsibility for checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment), and planning production via liaising with other departments.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…

• Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group
• Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations
• Continuous contact with other departments (buyers, production, warehouse, engineering, finance)
• Preparation of long term plans, forecasts
• Monitoring of system accuracy in daily / weekly basis / General Item data, routing, BOM
• Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences
• Preparing management reports, monitoring of KPI’s.

Here is some of what you’ll need…

• University or college degree in a related field and experience in production planning;
• Accurate, data-driven, logical, and analytical
• Intermediate English, Ukrainian
