- At least 5 years of the IT experience and at least 3 year on a management position
- Experience in talking directly to business and understanding business priorities

- Control and manage healthcare multi-projects program, as part of big contract
- Communicate planning, releases and milestones across different programs
- Being direct peer to customer’s program manager
- Managing scope, risks and priorities according to business statements
- Communicate with technical staff in terms of risks and scope management
- Communicate with different stakeholders – from marketing to technical – on customer’s side
- Orchestrate work of several technical units within program
- Participate in GL program management team from release perspective
- Participate in decision-making process, from release/program perspective
- Cultivate a strong cutomer oriented culture in an agile environment
