Role:
The Project Manager will be a part of the team developing a web platform for Healthcare professionals (HCP) digital engagement of a large international pharma company. The Project Manager communicates with clients and stakeholders and manages resources to coordinate planning, execution, testing and delivery of the project within scope, time, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead several projects and manage a number of Client stakeholders
- Define project scope and deliverables
- Be responsible for project results delivery in accordance with project objectives
- Build effective collaboration with Client representatives
- Proactively communicate project status and issues to project stakeholders
- Plan and monitor schedule, budget, and deadlines
- Utilize Atlassian Scrum tools and techniques to help keep the development team on track using JIRA and Confluence
- Own decision-making within a defined level of authority
- Contribute to improvements and best practices implementation
- Provide regular reporting to the stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation framework
- Proactively identify, assess, manage risks, issues, and escalations
- Perform people management
Required skills and knowlendge:
- 1+ years of experience in project management
- Experience with WEB projects
- Understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- Basic product life cycle understanding and knowledge of the main product work areas
- Scrum/Kanban work experience
- Ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence Good communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage customer’s expectations
- Experience in working with foreign customers
- Experience in working with Jira/Confluence
- Upper-intermediate/Advanced English level is a must
Would be a plus:
- Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript skills
- Experience in working with Smartsheet/Lucidchart
