Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the activities within our IT Department.
Requirements:
- Strong English language skills
- Experience with resource planning and scheduling in the context of cross-competence teams
- Experience with designing, planning and executing Product roadmaps
- Experience in implementing process improvements
- Experience managing development teams
- Experience using Jira, Smartsheet and/or similar project management software
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong communicative skills
- Highly organised, independent in solving issues, detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation;
- Drawing up a project plan;
- Timing agreement;
- Risk analysis;
- Participation in the selection and approval of the project team;
- Tasks management;
- Determination of the required resources and working environment, their distribution within the team;
- Workflow management in the team (configuration, testing, working with requirements);
- Organization of team work around the required task;
- Tracking the status of the project, the progress of tasks;
- Tracking the proper priority of tasks;
- Tracking the load of tasks and progress on the tasks of each developer;
- Tracking the timing of tasks;
- Team motivation;
- Creation of a transparent communication environment between all participants in the process;
- Tracking the team and customers satisfaction;
- Conflict situations resolving;
- Communication with the customer, management of his expectations;
- Providing the customer with reports on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;
- Presentation to the customer of ready-made solutions, demo versions, prototypes;
- Interviewing new team members.
