Project Manager (IT Department)

Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the activities within our IT Department.

Requirements:

• Strong English language skills
• Experience with resource planning and scheduling in the context of cross-competence teams
• Experience with designing, planning and executing Product roadmaps
• Experience in implementing process improvements
• Experience managing development teams
• Experience using Jira, Smartsheet and/or similar project management software
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong communicative skills
• Highly organised, independent in solving issues, detail oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and maintenance of project documentation;
• Drawing up a project plan;
• Timing agreement;
• Risk analysis;
• Participation in the selection and approval of the project team;
• Tasks management;
• Determination of the required resources and working environment, their distribution within the team;
• Workflow management in the team (configuration, testing, working with requirements);
• Organization of team work around the required task;
• Tracking the status of the project, the progress of tasks;
• Tracking the proper priority of tasks;
• Tracking the load of tasks and progress on the tasks of each developer;
• Tracking the timing of tasks;
• Team motivation;
• Creation of a transparent communication environment between all participants in the process;
• Tracking the team and customers satisfaction;
• Conflict situations resolving;
• Communication with the customer, management of his expectations;
• Providing the customer with reports on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;
• Presentation to the customer of ready-made solutions, demo versions, prototypes;
• Interviewing new team members.
