Project Description

We are looking for an experienced project manager who will run several projects and initiatives for North America’s financial institutions (front-office and back-office systems, currency exchange, processing, reporting, integration solutions, etc.).

Responsibilities

– People management (hiring of the employees, personal motivation, salary negotiation, career development of team members, review the performance of team members, etc.);
– Help newbies during the adaptation period;
– Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance;
– Lead project planning and monitoring activities;
– Produce accurate and timely reporting of projects status throughout its life cycle;
– Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services;
– Support pre-sales activities.

Skills

Must have

– 3+ years experience of managing software development teams;
– Experience in managing multiple teams in parallel;
– Strong organizational, communication and motivational skills;
– Ability to handle client requests and escalations;
– Accuracy, punctuality, ability to work with large volumes of information.
– Experience with financial solutions.

Nice to have

– Previous engineering/development experience;
