Provisioning Specialist

The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).

Currently, Viseven is expanding IT department, so we are looking for a specialist for the position of Provisioning Specialist, whose role will include the following tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Account registration on Yandex, AWS, Google, etc.
• Regular analysis of Office 365 licenses used.
• Analysis of the cost of resources for the customer (server, the necessary resources for quality and non-loss-making delivery) for projects such as Viseven CRM / CLM, eWizard, single orders for WP, etc. + Standardization of them with subsequent quarterly cost review.
• Tracking the expiration of SSL / TLS certificates.
• Domain registration, tracking their timely renewal.
• Planning expenses for the month, invoicing for payment.
• Control of access to information services as: SaaS Yandex, AWS, Google, Adobe, etc.
• Search of the necessary solutions, analysis, organization of the procurement tender.

Required skills and knowledge:

• Previous experience as a Provisioning Specialist.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies.
• The ability to take responsibility for problems and their solutions.
• Logical and orderly approach to problem analysis, work organization, and action planning.
• Communication skills, teamwork experience.
• Multitasking, stress resistance.
