Your responsibilities include:
Searching and recruiting candidates for IT positions;
Collecting requirements for a hunt, preparing a candidate profile and a search map;
Conducting and organizing face-to-face and online meetings and interviews;
Actively expanding the base of candidates, work with the CRM-system.
Requirements
3 or more years of experience as a recruiter in an IT related company;
Understanding of different methodologies and recruiting tools;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to work on the result, responsibility, literacy;
Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
