What you’ll do:
- Responsible for answering all calls and routing them to the correct departments.
- Scheduling appointments for patients to come in and see the providers.
- Reaching out to patients to schedule follow up appointments.
- Responsible for insurance verification on all scheduled patient accounts.
- Provide great customer service.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- One year of experience working in a call center, scheduling appointments, and/or clerical work in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Bilingual English/foreign language skills required with demonstrated ability to communicate at level 9 on the ALTA language proficiency scale. Russian language fluency is preferred but other languages will be considered.
