As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Your responsibilities will include, but may be not limited to:
Conducting market research to understand key business trends and develop recommendations
Conducting analysis of businesses to identify various opportunities for improvements
Development of reports/ presentations on different topics
Assisting in the design, development, test and implementation of new business processes
Managing a team of junior colleagues
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Completed University degree in business field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management)
At least 3 years of relevant experience within consulting, banking and/or industry;
Minimum one (1) year of experience as an in-charge / senior / team lead;
Relevant professional qualification would be an advantage;
Russian – fluent, English – advanced/fluent (both oral and written).
Soft skills:
Ability to operate in multitask environment
Strong presentation skills
Availability for overtime work and tough deadlines
Business writing skills (both in Russia and in English).
Candidate needs to be adaptable, able to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team
Ability to comfortably interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and mature manner
Strong work ethics, integrity and judgment
Strong intellectual curiosity
Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive with strong interpersonal skills
