If you are a Developer interested in working on a Big Data Solution using Web Scale technologies in the Application Security domain come join Micro Focus Fortify’s development team to work on Application Defender. The job involves building highly available systems, scaling to handle millions of requests, millions of database rows and real-time processing of event streams on the backend and working on React.js for the frontend.
Application Defender enables Enterprise IT organizations to protect from Security vulnerabilities. The Solution has been launched in the market and continues to have a full development roadmap of major features, technological infrastructural updates as well as interesting Data Analysis and Data Visualization of collected customer data. Development is Agile and Delivery and Deployment is on a monthly cadence.

Responsibilities

• Support of existing SaaS infrastructure and in collaboration with support team help to set up and maintain environments for on-prem customers
• Design, Develop and Deliver features for Micro Focus Application Defender Service
• Collaborate with Rule and Agent Development teams on End to End Solution
• Collaborate with PM, QA, Docs, Ops and Support teams on Definition and Delivery of Solution

Skills

Must have

At least 5 years of experience in C++ ATL, C++ COM
At least 5 years of experience in .NET framework, good understanding of IL and JIT compilation process.
Good familiarity with WinDbg, debugging tools for windows suite.

Nice to have

.NET core internals and OS programming a plus.
