Early stages of the Client’s next Software Platform evolution development for new Fully Networked Vehicle (FNV) Electrical Architecture. The project is focused on the creation of the modern Software-Defined Vehicle digital infrastructure. Target Software Platform will operate in a variety of environments and is critical to:
Expand the use of industry adopted APIs
Support high-velocity application development
Enable next-generation vehicle applications
Luxoft will focus on providing core parts for Automotive Middleware around AUTOSAR (Classic and Adaptive), including networking, configuration, security, diagnostics, etc. Additionally, Luxoft will participate in the development of components for a virtual environment. This virtual environment will support the CI activities, including automated builds, virtual ECUs/Machines, and automated testing support.
Project management maturity must reach ASPICE level 3. It requires establishing transparent project execution monitoring and control. Each participant will be responsible for providing evidence of systematic and significant achievement of the defined process attributes.
In this position, you will be responsible for helping the FNV work streamlining, shaping the architecture and designs’ vision, and assisting in the development and software verification process.

Responsibilities:
• Project planning activities (scope, schedule, resources)
• Identify, track and resolve resource constraints and/or conflicts that affect multiple projects within the program.
• Identify cross-project tasks’ interdependencies, avoid/resolve deadlocks, ensure efficient reuse.
• Monitoring of project plan implementation, including implementation of corrective measures.
• Supervise and manage the individual performance of key staff.
• Facilitation of reporting and communication with Client
• Ensure timely delivery
• Business Unit financial planning, forecasting, results tracking, corrective measures development and implementation
• Regular communication with Customer
• Risk mitigation activities that impact the direction of delivery of multiple projects
• Build a project team with appropriate skills, attitudes, and motivation.
• Responsible for the career development of team members – manage career aspirations, set career paths, provide coaching and mentoring
• Balance stakeholder’s expectations, requirements, resources, and timing conflicts across several running projects.
• Be an escalation point for issues, scope changes, quality, communication management, risks, or interfaces/dependencies.
• Enforce adherence to the Luxoft quality processes and procedures.
• Prepares / updates the metrics dashboard
• Understand and map Luxoft Automotive practice goals and strategy to account
• Identify best practices that could be contributed to the company development
• Ensure and lead knowledge management, sharing, and cross-team training
• Drive process improvement activities, generalize projects’ process improvements to practice level
• Mentor key staff, plan, implement and control people development
• Develop case studies, publications, training materials.
Skills
Must have
• 3+ years of management experience in SW development
• Successful track record of completed software development/implementation projects in a Project Manager/Program Manager position
• Understanding and experience in pre-sales
• Experience in financial management, understanding of P&L basics
• Knowledge and experience with software engineering process methodologies (ASPICE, CMMI)
