Beetroot has spent the past eight years building a homey working environment across Ukraine. For the longest time we were famous for our Dedicated teams model – building sustainable teams for clients was our specialty. Last year we solidified our Solutions/Projects Delivery Unit and now need expertise and help to fully design and implement HR processes for it. One of your main tasks and challenges will be understanding the existing Beetroot culture, our HR approaches and standards, and bringing them across to everything the Solutions Unit will do. 

You will work closely with the main stakeholders in both the HR team and the Solutions Unit and will get to experience our collaborative culture firsthand. 

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience working in HR, at least 3 of them in the IT field
  • Result-oriented and responsible person who can drive big initiatives
  • Previous experience designing/improving HR processes in a mid-sized company
  • Expertise in building strong and collaborative HR teams
  • Strong communication skills which include negotiating with various stakeholders, feedback giving and receiving 
  • Agile approach to running experiments 
  • Excellent English!
