Project Description

We are starting new engagement for building new real time rates risk system with plan to replace legacy one in 3 years. The application serves a wide variety of stakeholders such as Traders, Risk Managers and Financial Controllers and its mission is to provide accurate and timely valuations of trades and their sensitivity to market factors. This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to work within Rates Risk Technology team, cooperating with multiple trading desks, market risk managers and financial controllers to develop this strategically important platform. Working with us in this project will help you to:
– verify and grow your skills in a global diverse team;
– see from inside operations of one of the biggest investment banks;
– learn certain aspects of financial markets, various financial products and their risks

Responsibilities

– Candidate will be responsible for development inside small “pod” team consisting out of 4 Java Developers
– The candidate will work on development of new functionality for Rates Risk platform closely with local team in St Pet and team in Ukraine

Skills

Must have

– Java Core (4 years+)
– Java server side development
– Spring Core

Nice to have

– Knowledge of Mongo, Ignite, Kinetica, Spring, Docker, Kubernetis
– Experience in Investment banking
