Service Quality Manager (telecom services quality monitoring)

Objective: to create Service Quality Management (SQM) layer in Kyivstar’s quality management system  including monitoring, analysis and activities for development and improvement. Main aimed servicesWeb, Video (including Youtube, Netflix, etc), OTT VoIP (including Viber, Telegram, Whtsapp etc), Videoconferencing (Zoom, Teams, Skype etc.), etc.

 

·        KQIs system creation, support and development for main user services

·        KQIs models and formulas creation and support

·        KQIs measurement methodology development and support

·        KQIs targeting

·        KQIs reporting

·        Services Quality monitoring and analysis

·        Service quality anomaly detection and restoration activities initiation and coordination

·        Service quality trends analysis, corrections initiation and coordination

·        SQM monitoring systems development and support

·        Management of SQM activities escalated/delegated to contractors and partners

·        Creation and coordination of crossfunctional teams aimed to SQM troubleshooting and improvement

·        Initiation and coordination of partnership in the SQM areas

·        SQM knowledge base creation and sharing it inside the company

·        Market trends in the area of SQM monitoring, analysis and introduction of best practices into the company

·        NPM and QoE relations

·        NPM and SQM correlations and relations defining, corresponding models creation and support

·        SQM and QoE correlations and relations defining, corresponding models creation and support

 

Skills requirement:

 

·        High Education (IT, Web Technologies, telecommunication)

·        At least 3 years in the development/implementation/support of Internet products (web, streaming, VoIP, gaming etc.) or in the projects aimed to control/optimize/assure quality of Internet services

·        At  least 3 years experience in statistical analysis, Data Bases and reporting.

·        Knowledge of Internet services/applications architecture and operation principles

·        Experience in Internet services (Web, Streaming, VoIP, Gaming) troubleshooting

·        Skills in quality monitoring of Internet services

·        Understanding of Project management principles, experience in creation and coordination of project team

·        Understanding of main principles of mobile network operation, knowledge in IP networks and Internet Access network.

·        Experience with statistical analysis systems like SAP Business Objects, Power BI, SQL Developer etc.) Knowledge in Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence is an advantage.

·        Experienced user of Excel able to create macros including VB.

·        English at the level to be able discuss and find solutions with suppliers and support teams.
