Salary: Sessional Lecturer I $8,489.67; Sessional Lecturer I Long Term $8,869.25; Sessional Lecturer II $9,085.58; Sessional Lecturer III $9,301.90.
Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.
Qualifications: Completed Ph.D. in Slavic Languages & Literatures. Experience teaching online required.
Description of duties: Sessional Lecturer will conduct 8-hr. tutorial per week, write lesson plans, assign homework, grade 2 essays and 2 oral exams, create valid prompts for assessments (2 essays, 2 orals, 2 flipgrids,3 unit tests), facilitate student contact, provide office hours, calculate grades, and supervise TA.
