Luxoft is building up a new special purpose organization targeted at developing In-Vehicle Infotainment systems for the age of autonomously driving vehicles. How do people in cars spend their time? How do they interact with information and how do they best utilize the cars infrastructure in a future 2021? How to surpass all the benchmarks in automotive SW development. Responsibilities

As a SW Engineer you are responsible for contributing to automotive software development based on QNX RTOS and hypervisor based environment.
You are expected to have strong programming and development experience with good knowledge of pre-emptive scheduling in RTOS environment.
Skills
Must have
-
Bachelors or Masters with 3-10 years of RTOS software development experience preferably QNX
Strong working experience in C/C++ programming in RTOS/Real time operating system environments on an application level. Preferably QNX.
Experience using Posix/IPC/API, Multi threaded software systems
Experience with automotive embedded software development, including agile development processes, continuous integration environments.
Exposure to hypervisor and Inter Guest OS IPC/inter domain communication and protocol implementation with other sub systems.
Design and Development experience in Middleware framework preferably QNX.
Nice to have
-
Experience in embedded software for application software components for vehicle features for Instrument Clusters based on proprietary and AUTOSAR architectures.
Experience in implementing an automotive instrument cluster software is a Big plus
Experience in integrating AUTOSAR software packages with ECU.
Good understanding of Functional safety standards such as ISO26262 ASIL.
Experience in integrating MCAL and Bootloaders is a plus.
Very good problem solving and communication skills
Guiding/mentoring the technical team/developers
Good team player
