What to do:

Work with current vacancies of the company – personnel search for the position of IT-specialists;

Selection of optimal sources for the search for candidates;

Active sourcing of candidates using all kinds of search channels and tools (Linkedin, Facebook, habr, telegram, Github, StackOverflow, XING, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Meetup, etc.);

Posting a job description on job search web resources and processing responses;

Maintaining and developing the existing database of candidates (working with an internal CRM system);

Analysis of the resume / portfolio of candidates based on the specifics and requirements for the vacancy;

Initial communication (written) with candidates, preliminary selection and coordination of interviews;

Close interaction with the recruiting team;

Reporting on the work done.

Requirements

• Experience in IT sourcing from 1 year;
• Confident experience in using channels and candidate search tools (Linkedin, Facebook, habr, telegram, Github, StackOverflow, XING, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Meetup, etc.);
• asic understanding of Web technologies;
• Knowledge of the specifics of the labor market in the field of information technology;
• Proactivity, ability to work in multitasking mode, focus on achieving results;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Desired skills

Confident level of English proficiency from intermediate and above.
