We are now focused on expanding the Staffing Department. We invite a Staff Coordinator to our team, who will be responsible for planning, accounting and control of resource utilization, and thus play an important bridging role between the departments of the company.
Responsibilities:
Engaging with stakeholders to track demand for new resources;
Planning and accounting of resources not involved in projects;
Analysis of available vacancies in the company, comparison with employees of the resource pool;
Planning a pool of company resources for potential projects;
Control over the employment of employees not involved in the project, as well as recording the time spent and tasks;
Processing and solving problems related to the selection of personnel;
Support of hiring decisions and bench management;
Daily tracking of staffing needs;
Work with metrics to control resources not involved in the project.
Requirements
- Experience of participation in resource employment planning and / or experience of working with personnel in the field of information technology;
- Good understanding of the main technology stacks, programming languages and frameworks;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode and in conditions of changing requirements;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (oral and written), the ability to find a common language with colleagues;
- Self-confidence, the ability to competently defend one’s point of view;
- The ability to resolve conflict situations by offering practical and flexible solutions;
- Initiative, learning ability, willingness to work and contribute;
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
