We are currently looking for 3GI Systems Completions Admin Lead. Carry out Project Administrator Lead’s duties ensuring that that the 3GI project team’s administrative requirements are met and that the 3GI Project management office runs smoothly.
Preparation of office documentation, coordination of all interdepartmental paperwork.
Coordination of all travel, accommodation, training, requisition and invoicing administrative requirements.
Roles and responsibilities
Supervision and coordination of administrators as required by project needs;
Supervision and coordination of translators, assigning translators as per project needs;
Daily reports and site purchase order requests preparation (services, materials, equipment’s);
Liaises with training coordinator to ensure that employees (and their supervisors) are notified of, are available for and have all travel arrangements made for training requirements.
Maintain and update database records (mobilization planning register, training registers, outgoing documents, material supplies etc);
Working time records;
Organizing of accommodation / transport / journey management plans / gate passes;
Preparation of calculation sheets and other data for invoicing;
Assist SC manager and supervisors in daily operations;
English-Russian and Russian-English translations of current documentations.
English-Russian and Russian-English translations of daily communications between project manager, supervisors and Employees of Kazakhstan Republic.
Receiving and transferring of personal documents of the project Employees from/to Human Resources Department in Atyrau.
Requirements :
Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
Higher education, language knowledge
Number of years relevant industry experience: 5+
