Project Description
The project is planing to re-platform and integration of various FX venues into Company venues platform. The PostTrade part is focused on receiving all venues feed and publish to downstream client applications. The PostTrade capability will base on flagship PostTrade product of the whole Company i.e. RTN. This flagship product has more than 300+ institutions subscribed to this service around the world. It is a key component to deliver straight through processing capability to enable Back Office and clearing house to do required activities related to trades in no time.
Responsibilities

• Lead Front-end stream
• Develop high-quality software, design, and functional documentation
• Review and analyse requirements from business owner and technical partners
• Provide estimates for specific software feature implementation
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies and standards
• Mentor and coach your Team
Skills
Must have
-
Strong proficiency with JavaScript Strong (3+ year), JavaScript (Angular or React), proficient in UI design, HTML5 and web frontend technology
Proven extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer Strong, 5+
UI programming in JS Strong 5+
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• Experience leading teams
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Experience working in multicultural environment
• Excellent problem solving skills. Able to quickly analyze production issues and provide short-term and long-term remediation.
• Team player – willing and able to drive collaborative efforts across the organization to improve product quality, reduce expense and increase productivity
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Result-oriented and proactive mindset
• Upper-Intermediate (and above) English
