Key responsibilities:

• Consideration of new tasks and their distribution
• Stand-up with the team
• Rallies
• Architectural issues
• Code review if possible
• Manage and monitor all installed servers, applications, and databases
• Manage escalated customer problems working closely with 1st level support
• Regular maintenance and upgrade of the server environment
• Monitoring of performance and optimization. Creation of alerts
• Management of streaming environments, server-based and cloud-based
• Management of Systems in all work centers from the company
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Troubleshoot system and network problems
• Documentation for support and customers

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• 2+ years of experience as Team Lead System Administration
• High knowledge in Debian-based Linux systems: User management, file/directory, PAM, IPtables, Logs, …
• Experience in permissions, update/upgrade packages/distributions, and server related software
• Experience in administrating MSQL, Postgre SQL (Master/slave replication, backup)
• Network Technologies and Hardware, NAT, DMZ, VPN, Radius, IPsec, IPtables, Netflow
• Experience in administrating Operation Systems Mac Os, Linux&Unix System, Windows, AD, DNS, SMTP, LDAP
• Experience with compliance information security systems CIS
• Experience in virtualization on KVM
• Knowledge of Docker, K8s, Rancher, Nginx, Apache httpd/Apache, CI/CD
• Experience in office 365, Azure, AWS, CDNs Cloud environments is an advantage
• Experience in Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, EalsticSearch, Graylog
• Practical scripting and programming experience (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Experience with at least one of the automation tools (Ansible, etc.) is an advantage
• Experience in asset management
• Atlassian Stack administration and configuration
• Strong Problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work outside core business hours as required
• Flexibility to work from all working centers of the company
• Estimation of scope, budget and schedule of works
• Planning the priorities of tasks and subtasks in the team
• Correct delegation of authority within the team for maximum efficiency
• Release planning and release
