Technical support (Deployment) Engineer

Role description:

We are looking for a Deployment Engineer to deliver produced content to clients through CRM system, content metadata setup and distribution for target audience, verification of the content availability.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of deployment or technical support or content management experience
• Ability to maintain up-to-date documentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Understanding of CRM/CLM systems purpose and basics
• Understanding of the content development and deployment
• Relentlessly resourceful, always thinking outside the box to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• The content deployment upon request to Vault / CRM system.
• The content metadata setup according to the checklist in the Vault / CRM system.
• The content distribution for target audience, verification of the content availability
• The content lifecycle management
• Processing of incoming request (Mail, Jira) regarding content deployment and content related issue
• Resolve Issues with content availability and functioning in collaboration with Development Teams
• Handling of Emails Broadcasting on demand
• Customer feedback and requirements processing
• Publish content from CMS to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Validation HTML email content
• Upload documents and assets to SFMC
• Creation email templates based on SFMC blocks functionality
• Creation different types of recipients lists
• Prepare reports of email sending
