Description
On behalf of PayKey, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and lead our customer support activities. The main goal is to manage all technical issues raised by customers and make sure they are resolved with the help of the developers, and to assist in releasing the fixes to the customer.

PayKey redefines the mobile banking and payments experience by allowing banks to embed their financial services in customers’ daily interactions on social & messaging apps. Responsibilities
- Manage all tickets reported by the customers, track the progress and prioritize based on seviery and other considerations
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders and ensure that they are well informed of the progress and plan
- Take active part in the testing process of a hotfix release, making sure that the issue has in fact been resolved
- Reduce the noise for the development team, filter out integration issues, and collect all relevant information of an issue from the customer
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Tier 3 support engineer
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with Android and IOS environments
- Having the ability to research, diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Familiar with QA procedures and capable of running test plans
- Experience working with customers
- Experience working with SQL
- Organized and has previous experience working with Jira, slack and other ticketing tools
