TENDER DEADLINE EXTENDED! TENDER FOR PROVISION OF GENERAL THIRD PARTY LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR IOM UKRAINE FOR ONE CALENDAR YEAR (UA1-2020-110)

International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Ukraine on August 10, 2020 announces a public tender for Provision of General Third Party Liability Insurance for IOM Ukraine for One Calendar Year.

Bidding procedure will be conducted based on the rules of the International Organization for Migration.

Please note that Tender consists of 2 separate lots (details can be found in the above attached Call for Proposal Document). All proposals should be valid for at least 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the tender submission deadline.  All proponents should clearly indicate the validity period in their proposals.

Prices in the proposals should be quoted in US dollars without Value Added Tax (VAT).

The languages of the bid are Ukrainian or English.

Please note that in order to submit Financial Proposal, interested parties shall request for Annex 1 (List and Description of IOM Premises to be Covered with the General Third Party Liability Insurance) and Proposal’s Matrix template of this Call for Proposal  by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and submit the following documents: Company Profile; Certificate of Registration from government agency in Ukraine or abroad; Valid Government Permits/Licenses, confirmations of Tax Identification Number and local taxes; List of Offices; List of main contracts entered by the Company into for the last 5 years and customers’ references on 18:00, September 01, 2020.

Proponents shall prepare their financial proposals using the official proposal template included in this Call for Proposal documents.

The deadline for the submission of the proposals in response to this tender shall be 18:00 (EEST), September 01, 2020.

• All proposals and their supporting documents outlined in paragraph 11.1. of this Call for Proposal shall be submitted electronically with subject line, ”UA1-2020-110 – General Third Party Liability Insurance_Name of Company” to [email protected].  In case the file containing the proposals and their supporting documents is over 7MB, the proponents shall deposit their proposals and their supporting documents at the open files exchange services (Dropbox, OneDrive, etc.) and email the link of the documents to [email protected] with the same subject line.
