Job Description
The Web Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire life of a project, from conception to live online delivery, constant improving and enhancing the company’s website/-s, launching new webpages, tools, and functionality.
Initiate, lead and implement enhancements and improvements of the company’s website/-s with the sole purpose of achieving the organizational goals and KPIs
Initiate, lead and participate in an initial kick-off call to brainstorm, review and discuss the requested or suggested web enhancements
Develop project documentation (project plans, project requirements, project roadmap) and keep it up to date with changes and adjustments that occurred during project execution
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
Collaborate with teams whose involvement is required depending on a project’s type and its scope (Web Content, Web Production, CIS, Product Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics, Creative team, and more)
Track project tasks in task management system (Jira)
Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
Analyze project performance by tracking results and suggest improvements
Report projects’ results and prepare presentations for higher management
Measure performance of the website/s, webpages, web tools in Google Analytics and build a report in Google Data Studio without the help of Web Analytics team
Update the company’s website with new content for product releases
Apply different web testing strategies to improve and optimize website performance
Stay current on new technologies, best practices, and trends in the digital sphere.
Ensure the website is mobile friendly and has a responsive design
Seek opportunities for enhancements/improvement and suggest new projects
Qualifications
Solid understanding of website goals and objectives from a digital marketing perspective
Good knowledge of the capabilities and potential of modern web technologies
Expert knowledge in digital marketing strategies and web design
Required: Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio
Strong multitasking skills (please be ready to prove during the interview)
Strong time-management skills (please be ready to prove during the interview)
Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills (please be ready to prove during the interview)
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities while keeping your eye on the prize
Intelligent, responsible, and willing to go the extra mile to improve the company’s website
Enjoy a challenge when it comes to complex issues/analysis and be resourceful in the way you find a solution
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (Russian is a huge plus)
SEO background/knowledge is a plus
