Project Description

Quote is an application to guide and document the sales process within Halliburton Completion Tools. It provides tools to aid in market analysis and the pricing of components to ensure that Completion Tools maintains its competitive edge in the market. Additionally it covers the creation of sales and design materials that will be passed to the client for acceptance.
The app will provide workflow governance through digital as well as human approvals and integrate with the broader ecosystem of eCompletions applications. The app will be built utilizing the Appian platform.
The project is intitiated from scratch and and with long-term perspective.
Development uses SCRUM methodology, so every team member has ability to make a great contribution to the result.
Team composition: Scrum Master, UX Architect, 5 Appian developers and 3 QAs

Responsibilities

– Requirement analysis and clarification
– Testing activities planning
– Test artefact creation (test plan, test cases, status report, test report etc)
– New functionality, bug fixes and regression testing
– Testing process improving
– Testing execution
– Defects tracking and management in bug-tracking system
– Communication with the DEV/QA team as well as with the customers
