In the Client Onboarding program, we build a critical platform for global financial institutions. This highly integrated workflow solution allows our client to open accounts for corporate business almost in any place in the world
Responsibilities
We are looking for a results-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Client Onboarding program in Kiev. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. A keen sense of ownership, drive, and support as well as orientation for program growth is a must. This is an application development as part of the existing client onboarding program, which includes multiple integrations in the banking systems domain.
The successful candidate may have opportunities to grow in the Program Manager’s direction if interested.
Responsibilities:
– People management activities in collaboration with company internal services with focus on hiring and people development to support aggressive program scale
– Work with Team Leads and other team members on project delivery analysis and improvements
– Manage team’s performance appraisals, provide feedback on performance and work on goals
– Handle project plans, monitor development progress and dependencies across the teams;
– Proactively respond to project-related and technical risks; Prepare short/mid/long term mitigation plans
– With other managers work on implementation¬ of program-wide initiatives and facilitate improvements on a dedicated team level
– Work with the management team on program budget forecasting and execution
– Work with management team and clients on SoWs renewals, extensions, and conducting program level reporting
Skills
Must have
– At least 7 years of professional experience in software development projects and management
– 3+ years of experience in large scale Project and Program management
– Proven track record in complex projects with global teams
– Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
– Excellent presentations skills
– Strong negotiation skills
– Management experience in projects with enterprise level delivery challenges
– Experience in project staffing
– People management experience for 30+ FTEs
– Advanced English level – able to communicate with senior technology and operations staff freely and confidently
Nice to have
– Master’s Degree in computer science or similar education
– Earlier engineering background in delivery of software projects
