— Translate, proofread, edit, rewrite, and adapt in-game texts and related content to make them entertaining, accurate, and relatable to the audience for your country.
— Work closely with project teams — translators, managers, writers, and narrative designers — and provide cultural expertise regarding your country.
— Help us create, review, and update localization documentation, including style guides, glossaries, characters profiles, etc.
What we expect from you:
— 3+ years of written translation experience in the game industry or literary texts.
— A degree or background in creative writing, narrative design, journalism, linguistics, or translation.
— Experience with translation software (e.g., CAT-tools like memoQ or Trados Studio) or willingness to learn them, of course, with our help. It’s not rocket science, trust us.
