Job Description – HSE Supervisor
Wind Farm Project, Romania
Position: HSE Supervisor
Location: various locations in Romania
Type: Fixed-term – Project duration
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations throughout all phases of wind farm construction
- Conduct daily site inspections and verify adherence to international standards and Romanian regulations
- Manage safety audits, risk assessments, and implementation of preventive measures
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with approved HSE plans
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; prepare reports and implement corrective actions
- Provide HSE training to site personnel and supervisors
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date HSE documentation and records
- Interface with local authorities and stakeholders on safety and environmental matters
Requirements
- Recognized HSE certification according to Romanian legislation for construction sites
- 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure/ civil and industrial constructions/ energy projects
- Knowledge of Romanian regulations in terms of Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills (English/Romanian fluency)
- Availability for permanent on-site placement
