Job Description:
Assists the Director of Housing Administration & Finance in business operations, external to the Housing System (Affiliated, Rosen, NorthView, UnionWest); ensures compliance with management agreements, financial statements, and reporting.
Responsibilities for this position include:
Compiles financial and other related reports related to management and facility lease agreements. Included, but not limited to Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Occupancy Reports.
Develops, organizes, and maintains business procedures including and related to contract review and compliance for management/facility leases.
Prepares supporting documentation and analysis, including financial analyses, related to recommendations of agreement acceptance / modification / rejection.
Reviews and comments on contracts and agreements involving Housing; acts as an advocate for Housing interests in inter- and intra-departmental memoranda of understanding or other agreements; advocates Housing’s interests in agreements with third parties.
Responsible for acquiring and managing contracts for housing related services.
Responsible for the management, interpretation, compliance, and oversight of facility lease and management agreements.
Responsible for developing and managing memorandums of understanding for university partnerships.
Responsible for making recommendations and subsequent amendments to facility lease and management agreements.
Responsible for developing and managing contracts for revenue bearing housing related services.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master’s in Business Administration or related field.
Experience in fiscal management of rental housing.
Experience with financial reporting.
