Project Description:
We are seeking a Content Moderation- Russian speaker
This is a contract opportunity that does not offer sponsorship now or in the future
Must reside in Austin, Texas area
Must be able to work on W2
Must read, write, and speak Russian
Responsibilities:
Content Moderation Agents provide quality assurance process for our client to ensure the safety of the platform for all audiences/end users. Daily responsibilities include reviewing graphic imagery/video content for policy violations against pre-set policies. The team offers Wellness Support with Wellness Coordinators who are facilitating daily scheduled activities. Serve as an advocate for the user community. Process and review accounts that have been flagged for review of potentially sensitive content to ensure there are no violations of policies. Consistently meet daily and weekly targets. Be comfortable with handling sensitive content that might include violence, sex and nudity of minors/adults. Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
6 months of experience in a professional or military setting
6 months of experience with software for office productivity
Must read, write and speak Arabic
Ability to work holidays and weekends, including rotating shifts
Bonus Points if You Have:
1 year of experience in a professional or military setting
Active social media presence
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with confidential information collection and management
Passion for ensuring a world class user support experience
Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
