Auto req ID: 239237BR Job Description Warehouse Operations enables the organization to manage and control inventory through inbound, outbound, internal, and yard warehouse processes. Key inputs include materials scheduled for receipt (open purchase orders and inbound shipments), orders scheduled for shipment (customer and inter-plant shipments), materials ready for physical inventory. The role Is accountable for defining the integrated end-to-end business process models and solutions for Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations (IM/WO) in all markets excluding North America (NA). This role will develop processes in close partnership with Make To Deploy (MTD). Global Process Owner (GPO), NA IM/WO, Global Process Lead (GPOL), and other GPOs and GPLs across Record to Report, Make to Deploy, Order to Cash, and Forecast to Schedule. Co-Leads the template design and build of IM/WO with NA IM/WO GPL and both GPLs assume governance in the Design Authority of the template solution as it is deployed and sustained ongoing. Provides business knowledge to enable common, global processes, data, reporting, and analytics to support the delivery of PepsiCo Global Template solution capabilities across all PepsiCo International markets and sectors (all markets except NA). Drives continuous improvement of the template, including the addition of functionality when needed, for example, functionalities needed to cope with the newly added capabilities in Direct Store Delivery, and Integration with Automation. Accountabilities: Act as the Co-Product Owner (Agile) in the design and build for the solutions being delivered within the IM/WO end-to-end processes. Provide leadership and support to Int’l markets deployments of IM/WO, ensuring the integrity of template design and global alignment to expanded functionalities. Recruit network of SMEs to support the design of end-to-end process models and supporting ERP solution and data structures Lead identification and design of all master data elements and reporting requirements for IM/WO. Drive completion of key project activities in collaboration with the IT Solution Architects and business partner leaders. Be the change leader for the adoption of the IM/WO design. Carry out change impact assessments in the markets in scope and lead the resulting change management action plan in conjunction with wider program plans. Understand process interdependencies and ensure the design of fully integrated process solutions with other process teams The primary point of contact across the organization for the overall status of the workstream – i.e. the “go-to” person Collaborate with Global Process Owners and other GPLs on issue resolution and process design recommendations Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process “choice points” to Global Process Owners Deliver the PGT IM/WO solution capabilities across all in-scope PepsiCo markets and sectors. Qualifications/Requirements Key Skills/Experience Required: Deep knowledge of Warehouse Operations landscape and Inventory Management processes. Transformation leadership or change management experience with cross-functional initiatives/business processes preferred Willing to challenge status quo and ask difficult questions to drive for optimum solutions and outcomes Ability to influence and work through others Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences Effective communicator, both written and oral at all levels within the organization Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn Seasoned Supply Chain leader with 10+ years of experience. Differentiating Competencies Required: To be successful in this role, it is critical to have the ability to lead and manage team members who do not have a reporting relationship and deliver high-quality outcomes in an environment with multiple stakeholders and key deliverables with static milestones. Very strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills are critical in order to bring key constituents with strong legacy perspectives from cross-functional groups together to drive against a common goal.
