Role description:
We are pleased to invite the Head of BA to join us and to ensure that Viseven has strong BA capacity, processes, and best practices in place.

Responsibilities:
- Manage BAs inside Viseven from a functional standpoint, ensure proper selection, onboarding, development and performance of BAs, act as a bridge between all BAs;
- Lead internal company initiatives of growing BA talent pipeline (together with HR – select and prepare junior BAs, ensure the company has enough BA capacity), suggest other initiatives to improve BA capacity;
- Act as a BA lead, counselor, supervisor of key and challenging projects inside Viseven, ensure their completion from BA side, suggest solutions to resolve issues on these projects;
- Be representative of internal BA expertise in front of the clients;
- Create BA best practices and ensure their implementation and usage across all BAs, provide trainings for BAs;
- Establish governance, policies, processes, and communication to deliver reliable products & services within cost targets and with schedule predictability for dedicated projects.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Previous experience operating as a Head of Business Analysis/BA Practice Lead/Principal Business Analyst is essential;
- Proven track record in setting up a new Business Analysis capability from scratch including writing methods, tools, techniques etc. is essential;
- In-depth expertise in effective business analysis, change management and consulting capabilities, tools, techniques, and deliverables;
- A capability for strategic and analytical thinking to solve complex problems at the root;
- Experience in resourcing planning for Business Analysts is essential;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Proven team player and effective leader;
- Excellent planning, organizational, and management skills;
- Proven ability to work closely with the business and translate business needs into functional specifications for technology;
- Advanced level of spoken and written English;
- An internationally recognized certification in Business Analysis (advantage).
