GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides professional, clerical and project support for the Health Team by entering
program data accurately, completely, and timely. This person will need to know basic video
conferencing platforms such as zoom, google meet, outlook teams to assist with virtual
community presentations. The job requires excellent time management, ability to work across
multiple databases, and the ability to work independently. The job requires flexibility, excellent
interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels
of employees, clients and vendors. Often time this position has to balance requests by various
shareholders. The work is in a constantly changing social service environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide timely and accurate data entry
- Basic video conferencing platforms such as zoom, google meet, outlook teams to assist
with virtual community presentations
- Maintain records of all credit card purchase receipts and documentation per IRCO
policies and protocols
- Work with ETO administrator, supervisor, and CHW staff to maintain clear communication
and establish data systems to ensure the steady flow of information
- Maintain confidentiality
- Online ordering of groceries and occasionally buying culturally specific foods in store for
COVID-19 impacted community members
- Assist with a variety of Administration functions, including ordering and maintaining office
supply inventory, photocopying and filing as needed
- Gather and compile a variety of professional level correspondence, often of a confidential
nature, photocopy materials and perform other related office/administrative tasks
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
- Attending internal and external trainings and meetings remotely.
- Participate in IRCO staff meeting
JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have the ability to function in a positive manner in a demanding work
environment
- Must have working knowledge of video conferencing platforms such as zoom, google
meet, outlook teams to assist with virtual community presentations
- Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, to respond to priorities and schedules that
change frequently to meet commitments
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet multiple, sometimes conflicting deadlines
- Utilize a personal computer, read and analyze data in hard copy and on a computer
screen.

balanced against agency policies and goals

Computers: All positions at IRCO require use of a computer and experience working with
Microsoft Products including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook and
PowerPoint. In addition this position specifically requires: Basic video conferencing platforms
