Founded in 2010, we have developed into one of the most successful online job exchanges in Germany within just nine years. (Junior) Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• You actively sell online job advertisements over the phone to medium-sized companies from all over Germany
• You create offers for your customers and track them
• Professional advice, support and long-term expansion of your acquired customers
• Close cooperation with other departments, especially our customer service team, which supports you from the moment you acquire a customer with optimal support and smooth operational implementation of the booked service of the customer

Your profile

• You are enthusiastic about people and enjoy talking on the phone
• Initial professional experience in sales or other service-oriented industries (hotel, catering, etc.) would be an advantage
• High level of initiative and independent working methods
• Strong communication skills, negotiating skills and talent for improvisation
