Project Description
K2 production support and development. This project involves enhancement for the current implementation of the project. The scope also involves supporting the Business to resolve their problems. This is an offshore role. We are expanding the current team who are supporting the customer.
Responsibilities
As part of a leadership team, individual will drive the design, architecture and implementation of K2 Individual may also work as part of a project teams to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements and, at times, mentor other project resources.
a) In this role, resource will:
i. Actively participate in design, development and testing of the targeted
ii. Review the work of junior team members and ensure it meets the required standards
iii. Drive new business growth and customer success by providing business expertise
iv. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the organization
Skills
Must have
Skills and Experience: A highly technical, hands-on, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills and proven experience working with diverse teams of technical architects, business users and IT teams. Resource must have demonstrated experience working with K2 technology.
c) Qualifications will include:
i. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
ii. K2 Certification
iii. 10 years of progressive experience or master’s degree with 5 years of experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions and applications
iv. Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
v. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate, partner, and collaborate
vi. Dedication to achieving outstanding customer results with a team-oriented drive and a demonstrated ability to lead by example
vii. Exposure to a variety to technologies, including object-oriented techniques/principles, database design, application & web servers
viii. Aptitude to pick up new concepts and technology rapidly; ability to explain it to both business & IT stakeholders
ix. Ability to match technology solutions to customer needs
