What You’ll Do
Cisco is looking for a Partner Account Manager for Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Moldova and Azerbaijan. The individuals should come with an experience in channel sales and knowledge of reseller and distributor operations. This meaningful for us role involves interaction with key decision influencers and provides a phenomenal opportunity for career advancement in the future.

The Partner Account Manager role is essential in evolving, growing and supporting this ecosystem. You will be a critical figure in your partner’s growth, profitability and customer relevance and you will be rewarded based on these metrics. The PAM role involves, but is not limited to the following activities:
- Planning and development of Channel landscape needed for goals achievement.
- Partner Business Planning. Work with Cisco’s cross-functional teams in executing on regional and unique partner planning to drive growth and partner profitability. Influencing partners in the delivery of services and solutions.
- Diagnose Partner weaknesses and strengths to put in place a Plan that will improve Partner readiness to sell and deploy Cisco Products and solutions.
- Sales management with partners.
- Partner incentive programs development and execution.
- Marketing strategy development and execution with partners.
- Building and maintaining executive level relationships.
- Work with our Systems Engineering (pre-sales) and Sales organizations to develop plan around certifications and specializations where applicable. Also, to define engineering GAPs to various technologies and geographies.
- Serve as partners’ key point of contact for relationship management issues.
- Responsible for driving joint sales, marketing planning and execution with key partners and distributors.
- Develop and report on the incremental value of the Channel partner

We are a team of highly skilled Sales professionals working with Pre-Sales and Technology specialists. Should you decide to join Cisco for this Partner Account Manager role you will become a part of Cisco Channel organization and will be working in collaboration with our Account, Solutions Sales and Pre-sales teams. You will mainly work with System Integration companies who are our Partners as well as with our network of Distributors. Nevertheless, in this role you will also have exposure to our Enterprise, Public and Commercial end-customer businesses.

Who You Are
Should you be interested in joining Cisco for this Partner Account Manager role you should come with:
- You must have the ability to assess and advise on the viability of a Partners business model given their cost, revenue strategies and overall ability to sell, support, deploy and/or influence Cisco products and solutions.
- You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with great listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to play as a team member.
- Strong relationship selling skills within channels community.
- Business Acumen, understanding financials, etc.
- At least two years sales experience, IT sector experience is a plus. Experience with project sales.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions.
