Project Description

BCM Sales Enablement Team in Kiev welcomes new member to our friendly team. You will be working with Sales & Account Management Team of Financial line of business and will be responsible for pipeline management and CRM reporting.

Responsibilities

– Keep up-to-date CRM data
– Prepare reports/presentations and analyze data in the following areas: finance, resourcing, delivery, operations etc. at the account and regional level
– Arrange, run and manage meetings with stakeholders of different levels, including Top Management
– Collaborate with respective internal departments
– Be ready for “ad hoc” tasks and flexible working hours

Skills

Must have

– Strong English communication skills (upper-intermediate level as a minimum)
– Strong organizational skills
– Advanced Microsoft Excel user
– Experience in usage of PMO tools: JIRA, Confluence etc.
– Strong motivation
– Ability to work independently, being flexible to work under supervision / in teams
